Reservation Information & Policies
Guest rooms range from $89 to $179 in off season (November 17th to April 2nd),  $99 to $209 in mid season (April 3rd to June 18th and September 15th to November 16th)  and $139 to $279  in peak season (June 19th to September 14th). Rates do not include taxes.  Rates are based on single or double occupancy.  Additional person fee is $25.00 per night.  Rollaway beds are also available for an additional $10 per night.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.  Please contact the Inn for details.

Payment:
A valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Cancellations/Changes:
Mid & Off Season - Cancellation fee is 50% of total reservation if made less than 48hrs prior to scheduled arrival date.
Peak Season - Cancellation fee is 50% of total reservation if made less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
No shows and cancellations made the day of check-in are charged full amount of reservation.

Check In/Check Out:
Check in time is 3pm and checkout is 11am.  Special arrangements may be made for a late check-out or check-in if needed.

Smoking Policy:
The White Inn is proud that our guest rooms are smoke-free.  We kindly ask that you help keep our smoke-free rooms just that.  Guests found to be smoking in guest rooms will be charged $150.00 per day for deep-cleaning. 

Children:
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests.  There is no additional charge for children under the age of 17.

Pet Policy:
Dogs under 35lbs are welcome at The White Inn in selected guestrooms and suites.  Prior reservations are necessary and a $20 fee (per dog, per night) is applicable.  We have adopted the policies below to ensure that we can continue to welcome dogs to the Inn.  No cats please.

Please keep your dog on a leash when outide of your room.  This is for your dogs protection as well as consideration of other guests and staff.

Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms all day and are not allowed in public areas.

When you leave your room:  Dogs must be secured in crates when left unattended to ensure that our housekeepers can provide service.  Housekeeping staff will not attempt to enter or clean your room if dog has not been secured in a crate.

Barking/noise:  Please be considerate of your neighbors and ask your dog to do the same!  Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
